Bug Description

After upgrading from 11.10 to 12.04 xargs fails with:

root@homenas:~# xargs
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

root@homenas:~# xargs --version
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Reinstallation (apt-get install --reinstall findutils) fixed the problem.
