Bug Description
The 1.5.0 tarballs are missing the "test/sample.conf" file. I'm not sure how necessary that file is (will the unit tests run without it ?), so I'm not sure how release-critical this bug actually is.

It should be included in tarballs, but it's only a sample. In that way, it's similar to the example config files in etc.
