path in modeline

when a full path/to/my/favoured/Python is given with py-shell-name

the Python-shell buffers displays a *ND path/to/my/favoured/Python* modeline

ND stands for non-default, which might be not true, as its done also if the default Python is given that way

"path/to/my/favoured/Python* might turn a long string, swallowing all the modeline

Solution:

- indicate an acronym of path instead of ND
- don't display path, but Python name , inclusive version if given
