remove Default File Manager option of Files in Preferences from Luna Build

Bug Description
Files should always be Luna's default file manager. Only show "default file manager gtk.infobar" only if user install another file manager. After user uninstall the other file manager, Files should automatically become default file manager.
Therefore "Default File Manager" option in Preferences dialog is needless and should be removed.

The option will be removed from the Preferences dialog but it won't be done so for the option itself.
