Bug Description
Secure connections from local IP or when using wrong external IP in client fail, because the S behind the portnumber in CTM wasn't added to the replacement IP.

NAT transfer from local IP would fail for the same reason. Ip would be replaced and the NAT info at the end of CTM would be ignored.
