Bug Description
User A can't download because of too small share.
User B can download and tries to download from A
A: [Outgoing] $RevConnectToMe B A
B: [Outgoing] $ConnectToMe B 1.2.3.4:567|
A: [Incoming] <FlexBot> You need to share at least 2.00 GB to be able to search and download.
B: gets connection timeouts
Problem is that a ConnectToMe reply from A is seen as a download attempt from A, instead of a reply to the RevConnect so that B can download.
