Can not configure Monajat in Sabily 11.10

Bug Description
My Monajat prayer times are incorrect, and I presume it's because of incorrectly configured location. However when I try to configure my location manually (right click monajat icon on tray then select configure), nothing happened, no configuration windows popped up.
