Bug Description

synergy running in ubuntu 12.04 64bit server and 12.04 32bit client.

typing text through Synergy works until modifiers are used - even SHIFT. then synergyc crashes. i've been sending system generated reports.

using quicksynergy interface to stop then restart the client fixes things - until modifiers break it again.

I, too, have this problem, which makes synergy nearly unusable for me. Both primary and secondary screens are Ubuntu 12.04, fully patched.

I should add that the primary screen is a 64-bit system and the secondary is a 32-bit system.

I just upgraded the client machine to 12.10 and this problem went away. Perhaps a backport to 12.04 is indicated.
