Make Add Content Text Box Larger

We need to make the add content text box on the Add Content page larger (see screenshot). We have lots more screen real estate to play with on this page, but aren't taking advantage of it. Paul suggested at least making it as wide as the Title field.

In my reply to Nat on this, I pointed out that good writing style limits line length to 72 characters. We're at 66 now, so we're not that far off. Let's extend the width to match the title field, as noted.

The editor is now as wide as the other fields, problem we get is the editor has fixed width so it's not responsive when you shrink the window. Need to look with balazs about this issue.

I tested this and am not sure the result is what was expected. The test filed on the add is still 66. The text filed on the Title field does not seem to have any restrictions and if it gets larger than 43 it gets covered up by the "Archive box. See screen capture. If i am missing something let me know.

According to the ticket description the work is to make the content text box the same width than the title box in the add and edit form. How the title appears in the view page seems to be another issue.
