Bug Description
Right now Tags is looking pretty lonely all by itself in the Global Gear drop down menu. Paul came up with the idea of putting in the Recent Communities visited list that will eventually appear in Radar. This will not only be helpful to users, but it will also fill out the Gear drop down (see screenshot), so it will look nicer.
