Bug Description

When a message has a MIME encoded summary line, its embellishment in the Summary buffer often has no spaces. The Presentation buffer shows it fine.

It is very likely that this is happening because the cached-data saved to disk in the message headers is handled incorrectly. Perhaps the new cached-data fields such as vm-summary-subject are not being encoded and decoded correctly?

In fact, doing `V s' which searches for subject line strings is not working
for these messages. So, the cached-data is trashed.

The X-VM-v5-data headers are not being decoded at all at present. Surprising that they ever worked.

The MIME encoding of these headers was introduced in rev. 453.6.16. But I don't see any decoding of them. Perhaps the decoding of the summary lines was done in an ad hoc way. Other data was never decoded.

Follow-up revisions in 453.6.23, 453.6.28, 610, 611, 789.1.x ("subject" branch) merged in 792, etc.
