Cannot Drag & Drop Application Icon into "Startup Applications" Window to Activate

When a user wants to add an application to automatically start upon boot s/he cannot simply click & drag the application icon into the Startup Applications window.

Instead when the user clicks "Add", within the Startup Application menu, they are prompted with a "Command:" option which will make little sense and likely discourage new users.

This feature to add/remove applications from automatic startup at boot should work simply and intuitively by click & drag.
