Bug Description
An xchat perl plugin (xchat-inputcount) that I've been using for quite a while now stopped working when I upgraded to Precise Pangolin -- Xchat.pm no longer exists. apt-file search Xchat.pm doesn't find it anywhere.
Is there a workaround that will make perl plugins work again?

Actually with recent ubuntu updates it seems to be running again. I had to load the plugin explicitly once, but now it's auto-loading again. So I think this is fixed -- sorry for the bug spam. How do I mark this as fixed?
