tooltips do not clear on window exit

Inkscape 0.48.2 r9819 Windows Vista and 7.

When hovering over the bottom menu bar a tooltip will appear after a delay with additional information e.g. "Flat color stroke: 000000/1 drag to adjust". However if the cursor simply passes over this area to reach another window or the Windows Taskbar the tooltip will then appear at the cursor location outside the main Inkscape window and will not close until the cursor is returned to that window or to the tooltip itself.

This occurs with the window both maximised and unmaximised.

Not reproduced on Windows XP and Windows 7, Inkscape 0.48.4.
Would you be willing to try the latest Inkscape version and confirm the bug is fixed?

Not appearing in latest version, appears to be fixed.
