Error when trying to open Javadoc in browser

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start eclipse and create a new workspace
2. Create a new Java project.
3. Add log4j as a dependency (I used the m2e plugin to do this, and this bug may be actually in or related to m2e, I'm not sure)
4. Create a new Java class
5. Mention org.apache.log4j.Logger in the code, and put the caret there.
6. Open the Javadoc view in Eclipse
7. Click the button in the Javadoc view that opens the Javadoc in a browser (it uses the internal Eclipse browser by default, but other browsers don't work either).

Results:

Unable to load page

Problem occurred while loading the URL http://127.0.0.1:4294967295/help/nftopic/jar:file:/home/robin/.m2/repository/log4j/log4j/1.2.16/log4j-1.2.16-javadoc.jar!/org/apache/log4j/Logger.html

Not allowed to use restricted network port

Oh, I forgot to mention, it may be necessary to right-click on the project and choose Maven -> Download Javadocs, before viewing the Javadoc view.

I'm having the same issue, but with the help system in eclipse 3.7.2.
Looks like it's coming from webkit that blocks certain ports for security issues. If you search google for "Not allowed to use restricted network port" you'll see similar reports. Apparently there's no way to override this behavior yet, see:
