I got rid of Fisher investments wuth WOT but I still don't have atop bar ro report a problem on "Alicia" account. Can't get Firefox to load.

No top bar on AliciA to get help and report a problem. keeps asking me to restart. message, you have two firefox running one doesn't seem to be responding, restart. then WOT comes up or a ubuntu window. can't get to applications to delete the creeps. I'm on the guest account. pangolins missing on wallpapers of bothaccount Alicia preferences won't work, most is greyed.
