While upgrading from Ubuntu 10.04 to 12.04, the

This looks like an upgrade from a third party PPA (2012.1~e4~20120210.12585-0ubuntu0ppa1~lucid1) used on 10.04. Nova didn't officially exist in Ubuntu until 11.10. Marking Invalid as this is an unsupported upgrade path.
