ubiquity with resize warning

Quantal install into a used partition. I wanted to keep the same size, but Ubiquity gives warning about rezise.

The above screenshots are chronological order. As you can see, my original partition size was 15331, but ubiquity installer wants to increase it to 15332. I never instructed to increase the size.

I re-booted and tried again, with the same results.

Same thing happens in 16.04 64bit beta2 when using existing partition - warning about partition resize although size wasn't changed.
