Bug Description

Hi,
Would it be possible to maintain the latest stable version of request-tracker-4 in Ubuntu 12.04 (or at least backporting fixes)

Upstream have recently conducted a security audit of their codebase and have released a couple of point releases to target some security issues [1] [2]

Version in 12.04 repos: 4.0.4-2
Latest upstream: 4.0.6
