Bug Description
I started with 11.10, Dash found and started files with filenames with German special characters. This changed after the last Unity update. Dash still finds the files but refuses to start them

One month later the bug is still annoying me!
Dash does not even launch files out of directories where there is a special character in the directories name or in the name of one of the upper directories. If this is not important enough to work on it maybe someone can give me a hint about what I could do
