Bug Description
I love static software like blender(3d) who perfectly runs out of the box(a folder), even if nothing else work anymore in linux, therefore i really loved the gnome2 function, that i could assign(open with) a software that lies somewhere in a path to open things, since gnome3 we only had the option to open it with software that is installed or to search online, and that was really damn annoying to me.
Sorry to post this as a BUG, but that is a essential Part of a System to me and to not have this is a BUG and nothing else!
I really like Cinnamon(Since top Menubar is possible) because i can get it close to my so loved and now so missed Shiki-Wise Theme, but that forced me to prefere MATE!
