Not sure why amarok's help package is showing up for kiconedit either, but it should at least be suggesting language-

Thanks for your effort to make the Ubuntu family better by reporting this observation.
I don't think that check-language- support understands the kiconedit option, so it just outputs the same packages as it would have done with just "check- language- support -l en". To check for missing language support packages for kiconedit you do "check- language- support -p kiconedit".
Please run "check- language- support -h" to see available options.
