Bug Description

language-selector 0.79, Kubuntu 12.04.

E.g.:

jonathan@jonathan-desktop:~$ check-language-support -l en kiconedit
amarok-help-en language-pack-gnome-en poppler-data
jonathan@jonathan-desktop:~$

Not sure why amarok's help package is showing up for kiconedit either, but it should at least be suggesting language-pack-kde-en instead of the gnome one.

Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for your effort to make the Ubuntu family better by reporting this observation.

I don't think that check-language-support understands the kiconedit option, so it just outputs the same packages as it would have done with just "check-language-support -l en". To check for missing language support packages for kiconedit you do "check-language-support -p kiconedit".

Please run "check-language-support -h" to see available options.
