Actions plugin does not work

Bug Description
Actions plugin seems not to work at all.
I.e., I can add an action and few commands for it, but when I'm trying to execute it agains my clipboard content, I get the following error (in console):
"sh: 1: XBmes: not found"
Note: XBmes is the name of command.

Works as expected: swap the command and the description, e.g.:
/opt/google/
