[Trunk] on_change warning message doesn't displayed

Bug Description
Hello,
On latest trunk rev no 2455 doesn't displayed warning message on web which is raised on on_change method.
Let's take one example. Try to change the company on user preference wizard the warning message should be raised like.
Title : Company Switch Warning,
Message :-Please keep in mind that documents currently displayed may not be relevant after switching to another company. If you have unsaved changes, please make sure to save and close all forms before switching to a different company. (You can click on Cancel in the User Preferences now)
This message doesn't displayed on web (HTH).
