Bug Description
I just purchased BEEP from the Ubuntu Software Centre, but the game never installs it will say installing purchase in the progress section with "Querying software sources" then stay for approx 20 seconds and just go back to its home screen with the information of the game etc and an option to install again which the same problem occurs exactly again.
I have rebooted to no avial too, also I have installed another program from the Ubuntu software centre since which has installed fine from the purchase section.

Thanks for your bugreport and sorry for the slow reply and the difficulties you are experiencing.
Could you please try to use the "File/Reinstall previous purchase" menuitem to see if you can reinstall beep this way? The log indicates that our backend server launchpad failed to make the repository available in time.
For information about a refund please see: https:/ /help.ubuntu. com/community/ Pay/FAQs
I would love to get some additional debug information from you, if you could open a terminal window (e.g. gnome-terminal) and run:
$ sudo apt-get update -qq
there and paste the output?
Also the output of:
$ apt-cache search beep-game
$ apt-cache policy beep-game
Thanks,
Michael
