Window placement grid is broken or does not exist.

Ctrl+Alt+Numpad[0-9] does not work.
WinKey+Numpad[0-9] does not work.

This is on Ubuntu 12.04, it is old, I don't care about! I don't even use Metacity anymore. You can close this bug.
