Bug Description

Wraprounds of the RTP TimeStamp (TS) field shall be handled by the ROHC library. There is in 1.4.0 some kind of support (see http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~didier-barvaux/rohc/1.4.x/view/head:/src/common/ts_sc_comp.c#L201), but it seems to be incomplete.

The ROHC library shall handle:
 - TS wraparound when TS is transmitted unscaled,
 - TS wraparound when TS is transmitted scaled and TS_OFFSET does not change,
 - TS wraparound when TS is transmitted scaled and TS_OFFSET does change.

For details, see RFC 4815 section 4.4 and more especially section 4.4.2. RFC 3095 is deprecated on this topic.

Problem will not be fixed in the 1.4.x branch to avoid changing the behaviour of the library between 1.4.x releases. See http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~didier-barvaux/rohc/1.4.x/revision/351
