adding new prefix does not switch all UI to that prefix

Bug Description
Yet again I forgot to report a bug that has been for a while (sorry!).
When you add a new prefix in vineyard-
Other UI pages display data from the correct (newly created) prefix, when I change settings on the "wrong" page the correct prefix (= the new one) is updated, and switching to another prefix and then back fixes the UI - so it looks like some kind of "UI cache" issue.
