I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. @Pavel that is a very different traceback which is bug 1212025, which should be fixed in the latest version of the release upgrader. Your /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log file will contain information regarding the version of the dist-upgrader being used and you should be using version 0.204.
