difficult logging on to site.

I've lost my interest in tring to correct the problem,much to much logging on to the site that I can not remember where it started ,I'm totally lost and don't know where it all started/it's no longer holding my attention.

Which site can you not log on to? I don't recall any web-based services within Brasero (the disk burner).
