Bug Description
Kubuntu 12.04.
Trying to create Live USB discs. Run StartUp Disc Creator and select the USB drive you want to install OS on. Run the 'erase disc' and suddenly you will see 10 images of the same disck. This is a very dangerous behavious if one has other USB devices connected as happed in my case where I had 1TB of USB connected and this mess could have erased all my data. You can see in the attached image.
Have tested on more than 5 systems and same issue everytime.
