Bug Description
Request to either have vim put back in place of vim-[tiny,minimal], or have vim* removed from base install.
Cause of this is the /lack/ of usability vim-[tm] bring with them. they dont show modes (insert/replace), syntax highlighting, or (Dare i say it), any other functionality.
Its also having keymaping issues with my laptop (as noted in another bug report) which vim doesnt have.

Most of this is to do with compatibility/ non-compatibili ty mode, if i remember correctly.
We can't include all of vim on the cd, due to space, and I don't think we want only nano.
Marking as wontfix.
