Bug Description
Occasionally (behaviour seems random, I can't reproduce it) network-manager does not display a list of available WLAN's.
It succesfully connects to the pre-defined WLAN, and everything works fine, but clicking on the network-manager icon only shows up the "Enable networking", "Enable wireless", "Connection information" and "Edit connections" menus.
As a result, it is not possible to disconnect and connect to another WLAN.
