Bug Description
TabNew, WindowNew, Private shortcut groups not translated in midori.desktop. As a result, application menu in Plank always displays strings in English.

The build/ libintl doesn't handle non-standard strings in the .desktop file and it doesn't do ubuntu-ification, which used to be adding X-Ubuntu- Gettext- Domain= midori and striping all [language]= strings which wasn't compatible with eg. OpenSUSE and not at all available in most distributions.
Latest OpenSUSE, Debian and Ubuntu are slowly moving towards X-GNOME- Gettext- Domain. So let's go for a compromise and add the new key, while also keeping translations (and leave it to packages to strip them).
