Bugit hangs at sosreports

Filed a bug against lookout-canyon (https://bugs.launchpad.net/lookout-canyon/+bug/1994455) and submitted it.

The bug was opened, and then bugit was submitting the logs.

It ran sosreport.

5 minutes later, it hadn't finished.

I killed the process so none of the logs were posted.

Run bugit.
Submit bug.

[Expected result]
Bugit should collect logs, run sosreport, and attach all of that to your new bug.

[Actual result]
Logs collected. Sosreport is started, but never finishes.
