Suggested additions for Bugit template

The IOTG project often tests multiple milestones, OS's and Versions at once.

As a result, I've started adding the following fields at the top of my bugit reports:

Milestone: (example: R1, Alpha, or "22.04LTS Beta")
OS: (Server, Desktop, Core)
Test plan: (example: Server Stress)

This way you should know the OS, version, and specific test in which test plan that was used.
I've found this useful for reproducing a failure since some tests have the same name in multiple test plans, but are NOT necessarily the same test case in Checkbox.
