I tried to run the acpidump-acpica command on the device where the error happens, and it fails with the following output:
Cannot open directory - /sys/firmware/
Could not get ACPI tables, AE_NOT_FOUND
Indeed, there are no ACPI tables for that device. because it's an ARM device (aarch64).
In that case, we should either:
- prevent trying to generate/attach ACPI-related logs if the device being tested is ARM
- fail gracefully to keep the logs attachment process running
