Need fingerprint in Bug Type

Bug Description

Because the fingerprint was supported by Ubuntu 20.04, please add fingerprint as a formal item in Bug Type.

I feel oem-getlogs and sosreport just after issues happen is enough because it included.
 - journalctl: which printed message from frpintd
 - dpkg -l: which shows the pkg versions related to finger print.
 - lsusb: which shows what finger print device on target machine.

And if we need more information, the 1st try should be to patch apport to include the needed message.

So far, looks like enough.
In my point of view, we just need to make sure libfprint-tod is load the proprietary driver.

If we need more information then we can submit MP to the apport.

Regarding the tags, I've submitted a MR for this:

As for the attached logs, QABro is currently using sosreport (but this will probably change in the future). While having a look at Alex's comment, I realized the archive generated by sosreport was missing the output of dpkg -l, so I prepared another MR:
