Bughugger is a project for managing Ubuntu bug reports in Launchpad not for reporting bugs or gathering detailed information about bug reports. It looks to me like you are having an issue with X (or maybe gnome-session) - in which case the proper way to report a bug is using the following command in a terminal:
ubuntu-bug xorg (or gnome-session)
Thanks in advance!
