Bug Description

In many cases it is important to know which ersion of the package the usr has run. Esp. if you think the bug has been fixed.

If a bug is thought to be fixed in version x.10, that knowledge should be noted in the clue file after <bug> as <fixed>x.10</fixed>. When a new reported is found using that clue it would appear in blue (html output) if version < x.10 and in bold red if version >= x.10, indicating a failed fix or a regression. Both are of interest for different reasons. The first is likely a simple dupe while the second may be something the maintainer needs to know about.

It's possible to use a regex on the syslog for this on a line like:
ubuntu ubiquity[7566]: Ubiquity 1.3.5

It should become easier when apport repprts become the norm.

Definitely nice to have.

Please all try to gather regular expressions to find out version strings. (Apport reports should be easy).
