RFE: Have bughelper log its searches so others can extract useful clue files

Bug Description

Apparently, a lot of people use bughelper, but few of them actually contribute clue files to us.

One suggestion was to let bughelper log its command-line, the appropriate clue files, and its output. Then they can be sent to someone else to extract the useful clues and distribute them.

Design constraints include easy parsing of the logs, not sending the logs automatically, and making it easy to expire old logs.

No, I'd say not. We need to set up milestone 0.2 I guess (can we?)
