Bug Description

"what"
applet inconsistencies between panel and settings

"how to reproduce"
When you add quite a few applets to the top panel at the end (right side) with some spacers between the other applets and you then try to move things around (arrow keys up and down) it ruins the spacer around the applets and the order itself.

What is show on the screen basically does not match the list within the budgie desktop settings app anymore.

"where this applies"
desktop, I guess

"when"
2018-09-20
Ubuntu 18.04.01
System up to date

Known issue upstream.

Usual advice is to reset the panel. Then readd your applets

    nohup budgie-panel --reset --replace &

Thanks for your reply, fossfreedom.

Will such fixes find its way into 18.04 LTS Version or not? How does it work between features/fixes in budgie and Ubuntu Budgie OS?

I would count this as a stability fix and as such I would backport such fixes to 18.04

Can I double check that you have uninstalled budgie-showtime-applet?

It must be installed - it doesn't need to be on the panel
