Google Chrome flashing, every time I enter a website that has many animations.

Yes, Yotubue, Vimeo, a course website that I study.
In firefox it does not happen, but I do not like firefox

I can't reproduce this. Looks like to be a google chrome specific issue

Is this occurring only in budgie-remix (Ubuntu Budgie)?
I think it probably is not the case.
(It is a hardware related problem and it will happen with other flavors)
Please encourage bug reporting and improvement to the right place.

@balloon: Not a hardware issue, this only happens in Chrome, Chromium and Firefox works perfectly

ok - thats good news. I'm not sure where chrome tracks its issues - its not here. Suggest refile the issue and the workaround you had to apply on that site (whereever it is).
