Bug Description
Dont know what is going with budgie but on my ssd after i press the shutdown key the interface is staying on another 5-10 seconds before entering the shutdown post
(have a ssd and on others destro's line ubuntu mate linux mint after i press/choose to close the pc the post screen will come in 0,5 sec)

not sure on this one.
We have been experimenting with an automated builder for budgie-remix - one of the advantages we noticed is that the startup and shutdown times are much faster than the upcoming 16.04 release.

So this issue will be resolved for the 16.04.1 release and new users installing from this ISO.
Need still to investigate what the issue is for existing 16.04 users.
