Bug Description
At the partioning stage xfs cannot be set at the root partition.
"on Beta 2, even if you install xfsdump and xfsprogs manually, beta 2 does not install"
Can confirm a test ISO those two packages - if manually installed - allows XFS to be installed.
Contacted Pinguy to see if those two packages should be added to ISO Builder or added as a recommended package in budgie-

think added correctly to release candidate 1 - xfsprogs package. Need to retest.
