Bug Description

Hello,

I've been using BNTX for quite some time with great pleasure, and now I bought myself a Logitech MX Revolution.
Everything works fine except for the "key combination", which doesn't. If I try to assign any kind of key combination (in bntx-config) to my mouse (i.e. to button 5 & 6), it just doesn't work.
I tried various combinations (KEY_A, KEY_LEFT, with or without modifiers) and it doesn't seems to make any change. However, if instead of using a key combination, I bind the mouse event with the execution of a command (in btnx-config), the command is run correctly.
XEV doesn't report any kind of error when I press keys 5 & 6.

Do you have any procedure I could follow to identify where does the error come from?

Thanks a lot for your great work with this program,

Bests

I can confirm this problem, using Ubuntu 10.04. Btnx has no problem reading the buttons, but I've been trying to reassign the forward/back buttons on the thumb (which I like to scroll with) and it does nothing.
