Sink does not exist

Bug Description

Upon running, I simply get:

>>> Sink bluez_sink.00_0C_8A_2B_6A_9A does not exist.

and the program doesn't seem to work.

Thank you for reporting this.

At the moment Bluetooth connectivity seems broken in 10.04 LTS. In order to get bt-autoconnect working there must be an established connection and your BT-device needs to be listed in sound preferences output devices. Still unclear what package upgrade was responsible.

This is not a bt-autoconnect issue as the application runs fine in 10.10. (hoping you are not running 10.10)

Your Bluetooth device needs to be reconfigured as follows:

Please open 'Preferences' from the panel Bluetooth-applet and 'Remove' your device. After selecting 'Set up new device...' you will have to pair the device again. The device should then be listed gnome-volume-control -> 'Output'. Selecting the device sets it as audio output sink. If not don't hesitate to report this again.
