It would be nice if commit had an option to set revision properties, ie
bzr commit -p reviewer=john

It may be nice to require some UI extension for this rather than simply allowing people to set "raw" properties.
For example, if there was a "--reviewer" argument for commit provided by some plugin it could do sanity checking, provide help so it was discoverable, etc.
There is also the issue of how to display the revision properties. For example, the "fixes" property may be displayed as a bug number rather than as a full URL, etc.
