Bug Description

In https://www.breezy-vcs.org/doc/en/user-guide/setting_up_email.html it is stated that BZR_EMAIL is respected, but it's not; the variable has been renamed to BRZ_EMAIL. I'd like it if the old variable could be supported too! (and the documentation updated if $BRZ_* is preferred now)
