brz help plugins refers to Bazaar

Due to API changes in Breezy most if not all Bazaar plugins will not work. However, the plugins help still refers to Bazaar in this section:

  See the Bazaar Plugin Guide <http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/plugins/en/>
  for further information on plugins including where to find them and how to
  install them. Instructions are also provided there on how to write new
  plugins using the Python programming language.

It should direct users to Breezy's plugin guide instead since plugin developers will have a better chance of success using the Breezy API. :-)

It might be good to mention that many Bazaar plugins can be easily ported.
